Unitholders of Brascan SoundVest Diversified Income Fund may elect to automatically reinvest monthly distributions in additional units of the Fund through the Fund’s Distribution Reinvestment Plan (the “Plan”). Participants in the Plan may also purchase additional units of the Fund for cash.
